DHL has no plans to raise stake in Sinotrans
Last Updated(Beijing Time):2006-04-24 14:07

Logistics company DHL has no plans to increase its stake of nearly 6 percent in Hong Kong and Shanghai-listed freight forwarder Sinotrans, DHL's Asia-Pacific chief executive said Friday.

"We are very happy with our business in China and see no reason to review it," DHL's chief executive for Asia Pacific, Scott Price, said. DHL bought a 5 percent stake in Sinotrans for US$57 million in 2003 in a bid to strengthen its position in China's booming market.
