General Motors Corp and its joint ventures in China's mainland sold 101,926 vehicles in January, surpassing the 100,000 unit mark for the first time in a single month, the firm said yesterday.
With sales of 40,570 vehicles, Shanghai GM maintained its lead among domestic passenger car manufacturers. SAIC-GM-Wuling likewise retained its leadership in the mini-vehicle segment with January sales of 61,200 vehicles.
