A cosmetics exhibition will be held in Shanghai starting Wednesday. The four-day Cosmoprof Fair will feature more than 300 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions including France, Germany and the United States.

China's cosmetics industry was estimated at around 80 billion yuan (US$10.3 billion) last year, industry report said. Spending on beauty products and services, which has been growing 18 percent on average in the past five years, is expected to speed up by jumping an annual 25 percent in coming years.
