The first Chinese science fiction blockbuster "Twins Effect II" premiered Tuesday in Hong Kong, with an aim of entering next year's Oscar Awards.
Twins Effect II is a mysterious comedy for young people that features Hong Kong pop group Twins, Edison Chan, Tony Leung and Jackie Chan's son, Jaycee.
Fresh from the Beijing premiere on Sunday, the stars teamed up to promote the hit at Hong Kong Times Square.
Costing 10 million US dollars, the movie will also be released in Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia in mid-August.
The film is expected to be another Chinese blockbuster after the Oscar Winning saga "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon".
