Dollar retreats amid mixed U.S. data
The U.S. dollar retreated against most major currencies on Thursday amid mixed U.S. economic data and market speculations on the Federal Reserve's tapering decision.
In late New York trading, the euro rose to 1.3347 dollars from 1.3259 in the previous session, and the British pound climbed to 1. 5604 dollars from 1.5506.
