Investigation into Thai plane's missing wheel
Mystery surrounds a wheel found to be missing from a Thai passenger plane that landed safely in south China's Nanning City on Monday afternoon.
It is not clear at what point the wheel, one of two from the front of the Orient Thai Airlines plane, went missing or when its absence was first noticed.
The Boeing 737 passenger plane departed from Chiang Mai. All passengers safely left the plane, airport sources confirmed.
Another plane was arranged for passengers who planned to board the affected aircraft to return to Thailand.
Aviation authorities are investigating the case.
