Dollar changes hands in lower 113 yen range in early trade in Tokyo
The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 113 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Friday, little changed from its levels in New York overnight.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.39-40 yen compared with 113.35-45 yen in New York and 112.60-61 yen at 5 p.m. on Thursday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1637-1637 dollars and 131.95-96 yen against 1.1636-1646 dollars and 131.96-132.06 yen in New York and 1.1702-1703 dollars and 131.77-81 yen in late Thursday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
