Dollar changes hands in upper 113 yen range in early trade in Tokyo
The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 113 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Monday, basically in line with its levels in New York late last week.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.84-85 yen compared with 113.77-87 yen in New York and 113.84-86 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1325-1325 dollars and 128.92-93 yen against 1.1330-1340 dollars and 128.96-129.06 yen in New York and 1.1337-1338 dollars and 129.06-10 yen in late Friday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
