The November 20 friendly will be played at Stadium MK in Milton Keynes, around 70km northwest of London, the CBF said in a statement.
Brazil will also meet Uruguay at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium in London four days earlier.
Brazil and Cameroon have clashed six times in total, with the South American team winning four times and the African side once.
