Ronnie O'Sullivan defeated Allister Carter 18-11 in the snooker world championships here on Monday.
O'Sullivan, who has slipped to 13th in the world rankings, led the first day's competition 10-7 and gave little chance to 18th- ranked Carter on Monday, winning his fourth world title at the Crucible Theatre.
It was almost a rematch of 2008 world champion final, when O' Sullivan beat Carter 11-8. |
