Roger Federer won his fourth Australian Open and his 16th grand slam title with a 6-3, 6-4, 7-6( 13) victory over Andy Murray at Melbourne Park on Sunday.
Federer cruised to a two-set lead over the 23-year-old Scot before going down a break in the third set.
But the world number one broke back with Murray serving for the set at 5-4 and then took out a thrilling tie-break 13-11 after saving five set points.
