Former Roland Garros winner Bruguera to coach Gasquet

French top tennis player Richard Gasquet has appointed two-time Roland Garros winner Sergi Bruguera as his new coach, French sports daily L'Equipe reported on Wednesday.

The 42-year-old Spaniard will replace Italy's Riccardo Piatti, who split with Gasquet earlier this month citing "purely personal reasons".

Also a former world number three who won 12 titles mostly on clay,Bruguera won the French Open in 1993 and 1994.
