Yang Zhiming, a CPPCC member and former Deputy Minister of National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security shared his ideas on the topic of "13th Five-Year Plan Creates Opportunities for Migrant Workers" during an exclusive interview with CE.cn, on March 7, 2016. Yang said the new generation of migrant workers in China, born in the 1980s and 1990s, a major force in the labor market, played a key part in the shift from "Made in China" to "Created in China". The government should give them better access to information and skills-learning to further tap the potential of this group of people when China is undergoing a structural adjustment.
