A tropical island with abundant charming scenery, Hainan Province is the southernmost province of China. It is the second largest of China's islands, second only to Taiwan. Hainan has a total area of 33,900 square kilometers. It is also the largest province in terms of marine jurisdiction, covering three main island groups: the Xisha Islands, the Nansha Islands, and the Zhongsha Islands.
