Householder of Expo Family No.1 Cheng Shuchu (R) shows the special doorplate in Shanghai, east China, on Feb. 9, 2010. To welcome the guests of Shanghai World Expo which will be held from May 1 to Oct. 31, the city has confirmed the first community for family hotel services. A total of 47 families of Linfen Community of Zhabei District have become the first batch of Expo Families which will provide their rooms for visitors during the expo. The selected families are all warmhearted and good at cultural communication. Many householders have voluntarily bought new furniture and prepared delicate gifts for the visitors from far away.
