The 2019 China Tourism Industries Exposition will be held in northern China's Tianjin Municipality in September, local authorities said Wednesday.
The expo, hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the municipal government of Tianjin, will be held from Sept. 6 to 8, said Yao Jianjun, director of the city's culture and tourism administration.
Cultural and tourism enterprises from about 30 countries will take part in the expo. The National Museum of China and the Palace Museum will attend the expo.
The expo, with a combined floor space of 50,000 square meters, will be divided into seven zones with different themes, such as travel equipment, domestic and overseas tourism. More than 20 activities will also be organized at the expo.
