Volvo Car is set to display its latest all-new five-door hatch-back models V40 at the 2013 Auto Shanghai to meet demanding drivers in China.
The all-new Volvo V40 R-Design combines optional sports chassis and responsive engines and create a sporty yet refined 5-door performance hatchback.

On the road the V40 R-Design offers sharper handling and steering without compromising on ride quality, while an optional lowered sports chassis reduces body roll through the corners. Refined stability control and torque vecto ring ensure that you're totally in control at all times.
The V40 R-Design features a host of innovative technologies that help protect drivers if an accident should occur. City Safety, Pedestrian Airbag technology and Dynamic Stability and Traction Control, which helps to stabilise the car, are all part of Volvo's IntelliSafe philosophy.

Inside the all-new V40 there's a new black interior with sculpted front seats in Nubuck textile and perforated leather featuring embroi dered R-Design logos. An illuminated soft touch gear shifter, the blue R-Design digital instrument cluster and personalized interior LED lighting also add to the driving experience.
