Afghanistan received first Humanitarian Aid from China

KABUL, Sept. 30 (Tahir Ali)- Afghanistan on Wednesday received the first batch of humanitarian aid from the People’s Republic of China. Beijing has announced the assistance of RMB 200 million materials for the Taliban-led Government in Afghanistan.
Chinese Ambassador to Afghanistan Wang Yu handed over the first batch of aid, mainly warm materials such as blankets and cotton clothes provided to Afghanistan’s Ministry of Refugees.

“The assistance shows deep love and friendship of Chinese people to Afghan people and reflects China’s role as a major country that keeps its promises and is kind to its neighbors,” wrote Ambassador Wang Yu on Twitter, and termed it “a great move to build a community with a shared future for mankind”.
