According to a report on British media outlet The Daily Mail, a team of British researchers found that COVID-19 virus contains a tiny chunk of DNA that matched sequence patented by US pharmaceutical giant Moderna three years before the onset of the pandemic, and the probability of the gene sequence appearing randomly in COVID-19 virus through natural evolution is one in 3 trillion. Does this mean Moderna actually created the COVID-19 virus, or is it just a strange coincidence?
