CPECI promoting cultural exchange between Pakistan, China

ISLAMABAD, May 22 (Gwadar Pro) - "We came to Pakistan in 2017 and stayed there for more than 4 years. We used to live in a courtyard with people from different countries. Brother ‘Strong’, our Pakistani logistics manager and his pigeons are still fresh in my memory...” Ma Xuanchenyu, a contestant from the youth group, was reciting his original work, Life in Pakistan, at the 3rdChinese Reading Contest in Pakistan.
 
On May 21, the 71st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, the 3rd “Silk Road Cup” Reading Contest and the inauguration ceremony of the “Kunming Book House” were held online.
 
China Pakistan Education and Culture Institute (CPECI) is one of the organizers of the reading competition. On the occasion, Ma Bin, Principal of CPECI highlighted that the purpose of this competition is to show that they look forward to working with Pakistan to safeguard China-Pakistan friendship, promote cultural exchanges, and further the development of friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.
 
“In the future, we will consider applying advanced technology to teaching in Pakistan, hoping to promote local reading in Pakistan and promote cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan," Ma Bin concluded.
