On July 24, Li Weijun, a "Chief Service Officer" of Anyang Power Supply Company - a branch affiliated to the State Grid - visited Henan Vocational College of Nursing to learn about their intention to expand electricity capacity for their new campus expansion. On the same day, Li coordinated with relevant departments for a joint inspection. Given the large additional electricity capacity required for the new campus and to ensure safe and stable electricity usage, Li organized an on-site meeting to discuss the power grid connection plan. It was ultimately recommended to optimize the original plan of connecting two power sources via overhead lines to connecting them through the Equipment Park Switching Station. This would not only meet the electricity needs of both the new and old campuses but also better ensure safe and reliable operation. Li promptly provided the power supply plan to the users on-site and collected relevant information for electricity installation, shifting from the traditional approach of waiting for customers to visit to proactively reaching out to them.

 

Starting from July 15, Anyang Power Supply Company has fully launched its second-half-year visits to key provincial and municipal projects, aiming to complete visits to 41 key projects by mid-August. The focus will be on monitoring the progress of internal construction projects, identifying key projects ready to receive electricity in the second half of the year, preparing in advance, and ensuring orderly power supply.

 

Since the beginning of this year, Anyang Power Supply Company has firmly established the service concept of "Project is King," implemented measures to optimize the business environment, and improved innovation. Starting from "benefiting the public and enterprises," they have attentively implemented specific measures such as "Electricity Finds Enterprises," "Fast Electricity Access," and "Electricity to Home," strengthening proactive services to safeguard local economic development.

 

"The 'Chief Service Officer' model is truly responsive to our needs, solving various problems throughout the entire electricity process," said Wang Xiufang, project manager of the Anyang Longchuang Alloy Technology Park. 

 

Anyang Longchuang Alloy Technology Park is a key project in Anyang, Henan.The park focuses on the iron alloy and refractory materials industry, aiming to build itself into a national-level new alloy material industrial base. It is expected to achieve a total investment of ￥6.8 billion by 2025, with an output value exceeding ￥18.8 billion, creating over 8,600 jobs. During a visit, Li Weijun learned about different billing methods for electricity within the park and coordinated to optimize the power supply plan, providing convenience for subsequent electricity bill settlements.

 

Transitioning from "development waiting for electricity" to "electricity waiting for development," Anyang Power Supply Company precisely serves the construction of "three batches" of projects. Each project's "Chief Service Officer" proactively reaches out to stakeholders, ensures effective communication and coordination between the government, power supply company, and enterprises, and provides "housekeeping" services tailored to each enterprise. This ensures projects start early, complete early, and commence production early. Additionally, they actively seek potential power users, build a new service "bridge" between government and enterprises, establish joint service windows for water, electricity, gas, heating, and communication, achieving "one window, multiple services," while expanding electricity service channels and enhancing customer satisfaction.
