Chinese Pakistani enterprises sign agreements worth USD 40 million at TEXPO Karachi

KARACHI, Oct 25 (China Economic Net) - Chinese firm Hunan Dongxin Textiles Ltd. and Pakistani company Keywin Trading Ltd signed a memorandum of understanding and agreements worth USD 40 million on Thursday to cooperate in the textile sector at Texpo Karachi Pakistan on Thursday.

The fifth International Textile and Leather Exhibition from 23- 25th at Expo Center Karachi was organized by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) to promote Pakistan's textile and leather industries.
Sajjad Mazahir, General Manager of China Operations Keywin Trading Ltd, told China Economic Net (CEN) that the Chinese firm engaged.
With their Pakistani textile suppliers and signed USD 40 million worth of MOUs for a tenure of the next 1 year. Wang Jun for Hunan Dongxin, Sajjad Mazahir for Keywin Trading Ltd, along with their suppliers Mahmood Textile Mills Ltd. and Gadoon Textile Mills Ltd signed MoUs.
He said that representing Pakistan's diversity in Textiles, Denim, Home Textiles, knitwear, and Leather industry around 250 companies are showcasing their new collections.
After the ceremony Wang shared his gratitude to Pakistan Embassy and TDAP for arranging visits this year, he shared his appreciation for this year's TEXPO products exhibitors showed especially at Hall 3 and Hall 4.
