BEIJING, Aug. 9 (China Economic Net) — The 2025 World Robot Conference (WRC) commenced on Friday in Beijing’s Economic-Technological Development Area, has drawn widespread international attention, spotlighting China’s continued leadership in robotics innovation. Under the banner "Making Robots Smarter, Making Embodied Agents More Intelligent," the five-day event features over 200 leading robotics firms showcasing more than 1,500 exhibits, marking a significant rise in participation and product debuts compared to last year.

International visitors praised the event’s scale and innovation. "The advancements in embodied intelligence here are remarkable," said Brazilian visitor. He noted the strong potential for cross-border collaboration, calling Beijing "a hub where ideas turn into breakthroughs." Delegates from Asian countries highlighted the conference’s role in promoting knowledge-sharing and fostering global partnerships in intelligent manufacturing.

A young Chinese 9 year old Liu Cheng stated " I was amazed to see robots playing football, boxing, and racing- their speed and skill really blew my mind".
