BEIJING, Feb 3 (China Economic Net) - “China strongly condemns the attacks”, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lin Jian stated on Tuesday when asked to comment on the recent multiple attacks in Quetta, Gwadar Port and other areas of Pakistan's Balochistan province by the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), a terrorist organization.

According to Pakistan's military, those attacks killed 15 Pakistani security personnel and over 18 civilians, while the BLA claimed 84 security personnel deaths. "We mourn for the lives lost, and our hearts go out to the injured and those who lost their loved ones," Lin Jian said.

Lin Jian emphasized that China firmly opposes any form of terrorism. "China will as always firmly support Pakistan in combating terrorism, maintaining solidarity and social stability, and protecting the safety of the people," he noted.
