India orders high level probe into chopper deal scam

India has ordered a high level probe into a multi-billion-dollar VVIP helicopter deal with an Italian aerospace company in the wake of the arrest of the firm's chief executive in Milan Tuesday following allegations of kickbacks being paid to procure the deal, Defense Minister A.K. Antony said Wednesday.
