Medical experts will carry out a blood test to rule out Ebola in a 30-year-old woman who suffered a circulatory collapse, according to the Charite University Medicine Berlin on Tuesday.

The suspected Ebola patient has now arrived at the center, which is one of the largest university hospitals in Europe. Experts do not currently assume the case involves Ebola.

As the patient has not been in an affected region, doctors assume she may have an infectious and gastrointestinal disease.
