Clashes erupt after Jewish activist killed by Palestinian youth
Masked Palestinian youths clash with Israeli security forces in the Abu Tor neighborhood, east Jerusalem, on Oct. 30, 2014. The prominent far-right Jewish activist Yehuda Glick was critically shot late Wednesday evening after a political event advocating Jewish presence in Jerusalem's Temple Mount, a constant source of strife between Jews and Arabs. Muatnaz Hijazi, the Palestinian suspected of shooting Yehuda Glick, was killed in a shootout with Israeli police on Thursday morning outside his home in east Jerusalem, the police and the Israel's domestic security agency Shin Bet said.
