The fourth China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Media Forum, organized by Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, China Economic Net and Pakistan-China Institute, was successfully held on 16 November 2018. We would like to express our gratitude for your support and participation.
Media relationship plays a crucial role on bilateral cooperation. On the occasion of the Joint Statement between the People's Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on ‘Strengthening China-Pakistan All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership and Building Closer China-Pakistan Community of Shared Future in the New Era’ being announced, the forum therefore undertakes a mission on promoting China-Pakistan All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership.
Both media representatives from China and Pakistan recognize that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will promote regional interconnection and enable regional economically towards development and prosperity. “Rapid Response Information Exchange Network”, which was initiated at the forum, will provide more opportunities hereafter for bilateral journalists to share information, exchange ideas and carry out cooperation, so as to correct disinformation regarding CPEC. The “CPEC Communication Awards” will encourage CPEC Best Investigative Stories of the Year.
