ISLAMABAD, Feb. 3 (Gwadar Pro) - Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that Pakistan and China’s ties were expanding each day.

 

In a statement on Tuesday, Qureshi said Pakistan and China always had good ties and had started the second phase of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) aimed at the relocation of industrial units.

 

His comments came after Iron Brother China sent COVID-19 vaccine aid this week. Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday launched the vaccination campaign.

 

The first Covid-19 vaccine was administered under the supervision of Prime Minister Khan. Frontline health worker Dr Rana Imran became the first person in Pakistan to receive the Chinese Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine.

 

FM Qureshi said Pakistan and China had supported each other through thick and thin.

 

Earlier, the FM told the Senate that cooperation with China was always a high priority for Pakistan. He said CPEC had brought a revolution in Pakistan.
