He Kailuan checks green beans at a vegetable planting base in Tongling Town of Wuxuan County in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Nov. 23, 2021. He Kailuan, 45, is a local villager of Helyu Village in Wuxuan County of Guangxi. In 2008, He, who had been working in Guangdong for years, decided to return to his hometown to seek employment for better income, and finally made his "first bucket of gold" in construction industry. In 2016, He turned his attention to the establishment of agricultural business, leading local villagers to develop breeding and planting scales, which greatly contributed to villagers' income growth and the poverty alleviation of Helyu Village.
