BEIJING, March 7 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang said on Tuesday that on the Ukraine crisis, China chooses peace over war, dialogue over sanction, and lowering the temperature over fanning the flame.

 

China always makes a conclusion independently based on the merits of the matter, Qin told a press conference on the sidelines of China's annual legislative session.
