BEIJING, March 12 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang has nominated Ding Xuexiang, He Lifeng, Zhang Guoqing and Liu Guozhong as candidates for vice premiers at the first session of the 14th National People's Congress, China's national legislature.
