At Yantai Port in east China's Shandong Province, rows of engineering machinery and equipment await shipment for export to countries and regions in Europe, Africa, and the Americas. From January to October this year, the value-added of China's machinery industry increased by 5.5% year on year. Among the 122 types of machinery products under monitoring, the output of 72 products increased, and the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises accelerated. The development of the machinery industry also reflects China's economy adhering to the coordination of enhancing quality and expanding total output.
