SHANGHAI, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- U.S. carmaker Tesla's new Megafactory in Shanghai, dedicated to manufacturing its energy-storage batteries Megapacks, launched production on Tuesday, marking a significant expansion of the company's presence in China.
