FUZHOU, March 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese sportswear giant ANTA Sports on Wednesday reported a 13.3% increase in 2025 revenue to a record 80.22 billion yuan (11.63 billion US dollars), driven by strong performance across its multi-brand portfolio and further consolidating its leading position in the domestic market.

The company's operating profit grew 15% year-on-year to 19.09 billion yuan, with the operating profit margin widening 0.4 percentage points to 23.8%, according to its audited annual results.

The group's namesake ANTA brand recorded a 3.7% revenue increase to 34.75 billion yuan, while operating profit rose 2.5% to 7.21 billion yuan. Its FILA brand, despite its large base, grew revenue by 6.9% to 28.47 billion yuan, with operating profit up 10.1% to 7.42 billion yuan.

Revenue from all other brands surged 59.2% to 17.00 billion yuan, with operating profit jumping 55.3% to 4.74 billion yuan. DESCENTE's retail sales surpassed 10 billion yuan for the first time in 2025, making it the group's third brand to reach the milestone after ANTA and FILA.

The group's research and development expenditure rose to approximately 2.2 billion yuan during the year as it launched an "AI365 Strategy" to integrate artificial intelligence tools across its value chain.

ANTA also reported total charitable donations of over 800 million yuan in 2025 from the group and the Hemin Foundation, bringing cumulative donations to more than 3.5 billion yuan.

"The Group's revenue surpassed 80 billion yuan for the first time. Each of our brands delivered differentiated, high-quality growth. Growth is the best corporate culture, but it is not about simple expansion of scale. It is about winning through products and winning through operations," said Ding Shizhong, executive director and board chairman of ANTA Sports.

"We have stayed disciplined in our strategy, avoiding short-term volatility and focusing instead on enhancing operational quality and the long-term value of our brands," said Ding. "This year marks the 35th anniversary of ANTA Sports. We are confident that we will continue building resilience, health and vitality by driving technological innovation, staying anchored in the China market, and expanding globally to compete on the world stage."

ANTA Sports, founded in 1991 and listed in Hong Kong, China in 2007, is the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, which owns brands including Arc'teryx, Salomon, and Wilson.
