China's Internet security provider Beijing Rising International Software Co Ltd on Tuesday released the nation's first business-level anti-virus system based on private cloud technology in an effort to maintain its lead in the corporation anti-virus sector.

"Private cloud will help us provide more integrated services to our customers," said Deng Sheng, sales director of the company.

Rising has yet to decide the prices of the new products but said they are likely to be revealed in the next two months.

Some of the country's top security companies, such as Kingsoft Co Ltd and Qihoo 360 Technology Co, started to release free enterprise-level anti-virus products in 2011, a move that may eat up Rising's market share.

The company's senior executives said Rising had no plans to allow its clients to use its enterprise-level products free of charge.

"Unlike our competitors, Rising not only sells anti-virus software but also hardware. It is not possible for us to give away enterprise-level services," said Julia Zhang, vice-president of the company.

Rising claims to have about 150,000 corporation clients in China, the largest number among local security companies. It plans to lure more clients from financial and new energy industries this year.
