Property sales rebound in February

Property sales in China's ten major cities rebounded in February after a steep drop in January, the NASDAQ-listed China Real Estate Information Corporation (CRIC) reported on Friday.

Tianjin, which saw a 91.75 percent increase in property sales over the previous month, led the surge. Shanghai, with an increase of 89.1 percent ranked second, according to the report.

Among the 30 cities CRIC monitored, 26 cities saw an increase in property sales, with an average growth of 68.7 percent over that of January.
