Chinese top legislator Wu Bangguo delivered a work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) at a plenary meeting of the ongoing NPC annual session Friday.
Chinese leaders Hu Jintao, Wen Jiabao, Jia Qinglin, Li Changchun, Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, He Guoqiang and Zhou Yongkang attended the meeting along with nearly 3,000 lawmakers at the Great Hall of the People in downtown Beijing.
