Tropical storm "Bebinca" makes landfall in S China

Thick cloud emerge in Yulin of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, June 22, 2013. Multiple places in Guangxi is forecasted to witness heavy rainfall due to the influence of tropical storm "Bebinca". Tropical storm "Bebinca" is expected to arrive in south China's Guangdong Province on Saturday afternoon, the first to make landfall in China this year, the National Meteorological Center (NMC) said on Saturday.
