Thailand's contentious constitution amendment bill is not against the country's constitution, the country's constitutional court ruled here Friday.
The court rejected the petitioners' allegation that the bill breached Thailand's constitution. "There is no sufficient evidence that the (ruling) Pheu Thai Party is seeking to overthrow the constitutional monarchy," the verdict said. |
