Three were killed after a boat carrying 15 crew members and four South Korean coast guard officers capsized in waters off the country's southernmost island of Jeju, local media reported Thursday.
The three crew members, whose identities have yet to be released, died after being rushed to a local hospital, and two others are unconscious, according to Yonhap News Agency.
The Jeju coast guard officers were on a rescue operation for a Malaysian-flagged cargo vessel. |
