A passenger train derailed in Bulgaria on Saturday afternoon, killing the train driver and injuring 14 passengers, the Interior Ministry said on its website.
The accident occurred at 3:17 p.m. local time (1317 GMT) near the railway station Kaloyanovets, while the locomotive of the train Sofia-Varna turned around and struck the third car, the Ministry of Transport said in a press release.
The crash is under investigation, the Ministry of Transport said.
