Over 400,000 face drinking water shortage in Zhejiang

Water level of Changchunling Reservoir declines due to continuous high temperature and drought in Zhoushan City, east China's Zhejiang Province, Aug. 11, 2013. A lingering drought has left 417,000 people short of drinking water in the province.
