"Since the people have spoken, our task as leaders is to implement provisions that will ensure societies reap the benefits of sustainable development," said Johnson.

African leaders tasked the high level panel of experts to popularize the contents of a continental action plan on post 2015 agenda to key stakeholders.

Johnson said that the African common action plan on post 2015 roots for economic transformation, women and youth empowerment and ecological protection to achieve sustainable development.
