Last Updated(Beijing Time):2012-02-23 19:38

Thai police are investigating into signs possibly involved in the alleged bomb plots of a group of Iran nationals, but so far found no concrete links to the allege plot.

Stickers of black capital letter reads "SEJEAL" on white rectangle background were identified on Bangkok road which is a route to Israeli embassy. Police earlier found about 300 same stickers in a apartment rented by one of the suspect.

On Feb. 14, three consecutive explosions occurred in Bangkok, injuring four Thais and one Iranian suspect -- Saeid Moradi -- who lost his legs by accident by his own explosive devices. Another Iranian suspect -- Mohammad Hazaei -- was arrested while he was about to board a flight at Bangkok main international airport to Malaysia. A third suspect identified as Masoud Sedaghatzadeh was arrested by Malaysian authorities in Kuala Lumpur. The Thai authorities have officially sent extradition request to Malaysian authorities.

The fourth suspect is a female Iranian identified as Rohani Leila. She reportedly rented the house for the group and returned to Iranian capital of Tehran several days before the explosions. The fifth suspect identified as Norouzi Shaya Ali Akbar, the alleged bomb maker, has been returned to Tehran in the morning of the explosion day, according to Thai police.

Police also found messages in Iranian reading "shock-either, " niner", "Gami" sprayed on many walls along the same road found stickers reading "SEAJEAL," according to The Nation newspaper.

According to various Thai media, SEAJEAL was an Arabic word cited in the South Koran, which means hot stones or fire sones. The word is also used to name a long-distance rocket in the Iranian military's inventory.

Bangkok Post said police have so far been unable to discover how the signs were linked to any alleged bomb plot.

On Wednesday, Khazaei was placed in court custody after Thai court rejected his bail request. Khazaei, in handcuffs and wearing a bulletproof vest appeared at the court on Wednesday with grim and tense.

A special cell and heightened security have been provided for Khazaei at the Bangkok Remand Prison.

As the issues are involving multi-lateral relations between Thailand, Iran and Israeli, high ranking Thai police officers have issued order for the subordinates not to give details of the case without permission to prevent miss-understanding and miss- communication.
