An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted off the east coast of Honshu, Japan at 19:17 local time, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 31.30 km, was initially determined to be at 39.3824 degrees north latitude and 143.5359 degrees east longitude. |
