Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov congratulated Russia Tuesday on its national holiday -- Russia Day.

In a telegram message to Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev Azarov said Ukraine-Russia relations had been constantly advanced in past years.

"Today, the dialogue between the governments of our countries reaches a new level," Azarov wrote.

Azarov wished Medvedev good health and happiness and further success in his work.

Azarov also wished prosperity, peace and wellbeing to the Russian people.
