The latest round of talks between the Greek government and creditors' envoys on the conclusion of the second review of Greece's third bailout ended inconclusively here, finance ministry sources said on Tuesday.

The representatives of international lenders are leaving Greece with no deal as a series of issues remain unresolved. However, the government is still optimistic that an agreement can be struck in the coming days so that the Eurogroup can ratify it on Dec. 5 and pave the way for dialogue on debt relief.

Discussions on the conclusion of the bailout review will continue via teleconference until the Nov. 28 Euro Working Group, according to the same sources.

According to Greek officials, the two sides have achieved significant progress regarding fiscal targets for 2018, the collection mechanism of taxes and contributions to social security funds, as well as the out-of-court settlements for non-performing loans.

Athens and its creditors remain divided over labor market reform, the finance ministry sources said.
