Iran's Majlis (parliament) speaker, Ali Larijani, said Tuesday that West should show in the Baghdad talks that its attitude has changed towards Iran's nuclear program.
"Now, it is the time (for the Westerners) to gain Iran's trust and to convince Iran that they are changing their behavior," Larijani said at a press conference in Tehran on Tuesday.
"Constructive talks in Baghdad will help regional security and this is the way that we suggest for them," said the Iranian spokesman.
Britain, China, France, Russia, and the United States plus Germany (P5+1) and Iran will hold a new round of nuclear talks in the Iraqi capital Baghdad on Wednesday. |
