Iran not to step back from its nuclear rights: FM
Last Updated(Beijing Time):2012-06-17 19:20

Iran's Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi has said that Iran will not step back from its nuclear rights.

Salehi pointed out that the Iranian nation's path to defend its rights is irreversible, the Press TV reported on Sunday.

One day ahead of a fresh round of talks between Iran and six major world powers in Moscow, a senior Iranian lawmaker, Alaeddin Boroujerdi, urged Western countries to recognize the Islamic republic's "inalienable" nuclear rights, the Press TV said.

The talks between Iran and the P5+1 -- the five permanent UN Security Council members plus Germany -- are slated for June 18 and June 19 in Moscow.

The Moscow talks is the third round talks this year after the Istanbul talks in April and Baghdad talks in May.
